You will be available however they choose, be it a meeting, by email or over the telephone, at a time that´s convenient to them.
Online customer support
WPA is committed to providing a secure online environment for customers. You will have live connectivity to WPA´s website and access to a secure area that will allow your customers to buy online via your franchise. All WPA customers have the opportunity to register online to enable them to manage their policy. This will also give them access to the iClaim area of the website - a secure online claims process that´s available 24/7.
